The adjusted lock date feature allows you to include past due payment schedule dates into agreement and addendum updates.
For example, if a parent has an overdue amount that is dated July 1, 2022 and you update their agreement with an addendum on August 1, 2022, you will need to use the Adjusted Lock Date feature to make sure that the 7/1 payment date is included with those changes. The system will automatically ignore past due dates when you make edits agreements/addendums to allow you the option of limiting edits to only future due dates. Use the Adjusted Lock Date feature to include any past due dates as well as future due dates
