Copying Release Info to Enrollees

Use the Copy Release Info to Enrollees tool if you need to copy enrollment media release data from an MPF to an enrollment record. 

1. Go to Forms > Multi-Page Forms > Submitted Forms > Submitted/Pending Enrollment Forms Only

2. Filter or search for the records you need. Select the record(s) > click Copy Release Info to Enrollees and this will automatically copy media release info to the enrollment record that the MPF is tied to (e.g., if the MPF is tied to the 22/23 academic year, the media release data will be tied to the enrollment record for the 22/23 academic year.)
