BigSIS Updates/New Features

1. The Ravenna ADMIT Import tool continues to be built out, most recently with two very notable updates. The first is a link in the BigSIS Lead that goes directly to the related Ravenna ADMIT record. The second is that the Ravenna ADMIT Importer now has the option to bring in Application Forms from Ravenna ADMIT as custom data into BigSIS.

2. A couple of updates to how the Letter of Recommendation module tracks submitted Letters of Recommendation have been made.
   1. • Now when a Letter of Recommendation is submitted, the Completed checkbox will automatically be marked and the Recommendation Status will be changed to Complete. However, any Letter of Recommendation submitted before we made the update will not have the checkbox marked. Follow the steps in this article to mark those previously submitted Letters of Recommendation as Complete.
      • There’s also a new Alert for when a Letter of Recommendation is submitted. For help setting up Alerts, check out this article.
        
        
3. In the Teacher Portal, there is a Filter to Hide Attrition Students when viewing Students in a Course. A Client Setting has been added, that when turned on, will apply this filter as the default.
   1. • To turn this on go to Client Settings > Portals > General Portal Settings and select Teacher Course View - Hide Attrition Students? > Save.

4. The system has been updated so that when an Employee of a school is also a Parent/Guardian at the school, any Alert emails will go to the Employee's Work email while any other emails sent by the school to parents/guardians will go to their Personal email as long as it is set as their Default. 5. In the Tuition Management module, when sorting Lead Agreements, the Completed sort option now takes into account any Addendums that have been completed.
   
   
6. In the Tuition Management module, a new page has been added to help administrators understand Error Codes and how to resolve them. To get to the page On the left-hand menu > Setup > Error Codes and Resolutions.

7. Buttons in the Parent/Guardian Portal that previously read "Sign Agreement" now read "View and Sign Agreement".
   
   
8. Two columns (Leads in the Application Completed Status and Leads who have been Accepted) have been added to the Projected Enrollment Counts Dashboard Widget to give a more complete picture of possible enrollments.
   
   

Bug Fixes

1. A Projected Enrollments counting error has been fixed.
2. A bug has been fixed that wouldn't allow a new picture to overwrite the picture in the Person record when Re-Admitting a Lead.
