Release Notes 2023-07-03

The Community Brands Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy have been added to BigSIS. All new users will be prompted to accept. Any current user that hasn't logged in since it was put into place will be prompted to accept it upon their next log-in. Users can withdraw their consent at any time.
A number of exports have been updated. The Related Persons Export now also exports the "Person Class Of" and "Relative Guardian Order" fields. Exporting from the Alumni table will now include all Alumni selected, whether or not they are marked as Deceased in the associated Person record. The Person Family Query datasource in the People Export now includes the "Cohort" field.
The Tuition Management module now has the ability to do Ad Hoc Billing. If a family needs to be charged for something outside of an Enrollment Agreement, this feature can be used to set the bill up. Check out this article for more information.
HTML text boxes now support loading images that are stored outside of BigSIS.
Sorting Leads in the Tuition Management module now include all Leads, not just those with Incomplete Agreements.
Mail Chimp recently updated its API to version 3.0. BigSIS updated all settings, fields, and API code to match the updates.
Users without access to the Tuition Management module now do not see the button connecting them to it when navigating in the Portal.

Date selectors in the Employee and Trustee Tables were committing the wrong date.
A bug was preventing the generation of attendance for a single school day.
The Student ID Cards reports filter for Matriculation Status was broken.
A bug was resolved that created a weird view on Calendar Events across multiple days.
The Donation Form Template was cleaned up so that all text is visible on all buttons.
