Editing Email Templates in the Tuition Management Site

System emails are the email templates that BigSIS uses when sending automated tuition management emails. For example, Upcoming Payment Reminders, Failed Payment Reminders, etc. Please be cautious to NOT remove any email markers (aka: mail merge fields) from the templates. BigSIS has already incorporated several important email markers that provide necessary information for the recipient.

1. Go to your search menu and type in Email Templates.
   
   
2. You will see a list of all of the templates on your tuition management site. Select and edit the email template.
   
3. You may edit the templates as you see fit, but do NOT remove any email markers (aka: mail merge fields) from the templates. Click Save when you are done.
