The Extended Care module waitlist feature now has more functionality. It now automatically moves the top waitlisted student into the session occurrence when a spot opens up. There is also a new Alert that can be turned on so that both the admin and the guardians know when this happens. The admin occurrence view has been updated to show a separate waitlist from those already signed up for the occurrence. The parent portal is also more clear about what occurrences are available for signing up or being added to the waitlist. Check out this article for more about working with the Extended Care waitlist.
Other functionality within the Extended Care module was also updated. The Bulk Placement Tool now exclusively looks for active enrollments. Parents can no longer opt out of an occurrence after it has taken place. A new Alert is available for when someone selects a multi-occurrence sign-up, previously there was only an alert for single-occurrence sign-ups (for a reminder about setting up Alerts, check out this article).
Health Queries received some much-needed improvements. A whole new report was added (the Permission Report), the filters for each query have been standardized, and each results page now shows more information at a glance than previously. The queries all have an expanded ability to export the data as well as the ability to email guardians directly from the results page.
A new Health Info filter has been added to the People, Students, Enrollments, Employees, and Trustees tables. This can be used to filter for People who Have Health Info, Don't Have Health Info, or have any Health Condition in their Health Record.
When sending Requests for Information, the dropdown where the Multi-Part Form (MPF) for the request is selected no longer shows MPFs that are marked as inactive. For a reminder on how to send out Requests for Information, check out this article.
