Using the Health Medication Report

The Health Medication Report allows you to look up particular medications within a chosen student population. Once found, the data can be exported or guardians can be emailed.

1. From the left-hand menu Students > Health Queries > Medication Report.

2. You will have several options to select from:

   • Select Term Type (required) and Academic School Year or Term.
     • There is also the option to filter by Program, Cohort, and/or Age, as well as choose to include students who have left the school.
   • Select the Medication(s) you'd like to view. You must select at least one.
   • Click View Records when you are ready.
     
     
3. This will take you to the Student Medication Records page. Here you can select and Export Data, Export Guardians, Email Guardians, or Edit the record.
