BigSIS Updates/New Features

1. Employees can now add and update their Emergency Contacts and Health Information in the Portal. Check out this how-to guide for Editing Personal and Health Information in the Employee Portal.
   
   
2. When using the Re-Enrollment Tool (which is also step #3 in the Academic Year Wizard), there is now the option to copy Media Release choices from the current term to the next term.
   
   
3. The Extended Care Session Signup Configuration Additional Fees interface has been redesigned to make it more clear how to set up the Additional Fees and how they will be charged.
   
   
4. A new way to close Open Pledges that will not be fulfilled has been added to BigSIS. You can now effectively write off a pledge, or the remainder of a pledge, using a Credit Memo. Check out the How to write off a pledge section of this article for more detailed instructions.
   
   
5. The Transactions table in the Tuition Management platform got a bit of an overhaul. The user interface there is now uniform with the rest of the platform and there is a new filter that shows Unapplied Credit Memos. 
   
   

Bug Fixes

1. When submitting an Application, the "isInternational" checkbox was not saving.
2. Adding a new phone number in a Person record wasn't saving the number.
3. A bug in the Release and Permissions Widget has been fixed to allow Portal inputs to be saved.
4. Sorting in the Extended Care Signups table was being ignored.
