Use this option to tie a payment method that a family already has entered into the system to any payment plan a family has.
- Go to Families on the left menu. This will take you to the Families table where you will see an alphabetized list of families. Enter the family name or scroll to find the family.
- Go to Agreement Payment Plans > click Change to update the payment method
- To add a payment method:
- Select the desired payment method > click Ok and you are finished adding the payment method for the selected payment plan.
PRO TIP! Make sure to complete this step for all payment plans you would like to update.
