Use this option to add participants to any single occurrence including if you are retroactively adding a participant to dates that have already occurred for a session.
- To get to the Occurrence View, go to the left-hand menu > Extended Care > Sessions >select your session>double click on the Occurrence in the Occurrence Calendar.

- Click New to add a new participant.
- Search and select the candidate that you would like to add. Next, select the signup option that you would like to add for them. Click Sign up Participant and you are done. Complete this set of steps for any additional occurrences.
PRO TIP! Make sure you have a single occurrence option to select from. This may be different than your standard drop-in option.
