Adding and editing Teachers after courses have been generated courses will be something that you will have to do every so often. However, we do highly recommend you edit your templates before generating courses in order to avoid having to go in and make the update this way. This is especially true if the teacher will remain the teacher of the course for various years in a row.
Adding a new Teacher
- Go to Courses > Courses. Then select and edit the appropriate course.
- Next, scroll down and go to the related tab titled Teaching this Course then click on New.
- Now, search for and select the teacher in the Teacher drop-down menu. Make sure to click Save and Back when you have selected the teacher. (Click Save and Add Another to add another teacher to this course.)
- If need be Remove the old teacher that is no longer teaching that course.
