Mailing Labels - Different types (e.g. dynamic, family name etc)

 Here is a breakdown of Mailing Label types you may choose from on the People table.

*Note: with the exception of the “Per Person, All Addresses (with “Family of”)” mailing labels will return based on the default address for the person selected.

1. Per Person - Will return one label for each person you selected.
2. Per Household - Will return one label for the household and will include the guardians at the address in the salutation. For example, Jane and Jim Smith
3. Per Household w/ Family Salutation - Will return one label for the household and will include the family name in the title. For example, The Smith Family. In cases where there is more than one last name for the family (e.g., parents with different last names) the salutation will include both parents. For example, The Smith and Sanders Family
4. Per Household w/ Dynamic Salutation - Will return one label for the household and the salutation will include every person at the household that you chose to include. For example, our Per Household mailing label with return on label for the household and will include the guardians in the salutation. If you want to include more than just the guardians in the salutation you will want to use this option. For example, if you want to include the children at that household in the salutation you will want to select each member of the family and then when you run the mailing label each person will be included. So rather than just getting Jane and Jim Smith you will get Jane, Jim, Tammy, and Timmy Smith.
5. Per Person, Default Address Only (with “Parents of”) - Will return one label for each person you selected and will include “Parents of” at the beginning of the salutation. For example, Parents of Timmy Smith.
6. Per Person, All Addresses (with “Family of”) - Will return one label for each address that the person you selected has and will include “Family of” at the beginning of the salutation. For example, Jim is part of two households, therefore he will receive two mailing labels, one label for each household. For example,
   Family of Jim Smith                              AND        Family of Jim Smith
