- From the left-menu, go to Extended Care > Sessions.
- Click the New button.
- Complete all required fields.
- Enter a title into Title field (e,g, “Aftercare”)
- Enter an abbreviation in the Abbreviation field (e.g. “AC”)
- This is used for reporting purposes
- User the Begin and End Date fields to set up when the Session begins and when it ends, in many cases, this will be the beginning of the school year and the end of the school year.
- Select the current academic year from the Super Term drop-down menu.
- Click Save and Continue
- Open the "Recurrence Rules" subtab and click New to create your recurrence rules for the session.
- Set up your recurrence rules, click Save and Back.
