Email Accounts in BigSIS

BigSIS is a third party email sender and is not a dedicated email server, meaning you won’t have a BigSIS email address like myname@bigsis.com. Instead, you will be setting up email accounts in BigSIS tied to your existing email address(es) to send emails. This makes it very easy to get set up to send emails right away!

During the setup process, you will enter your email address information including username and password to approve BigSIS to securely send an email on your behalf. Setup is easy and you can also allow as many users as you would like to send from an email account in BigSIS. For example, you may set up a personal email account or a shared email account for multiple users that are in the same department (e.g- Development, Admissions, Registrar users that share an email account).
