- Go to Favorites > Report Viewer > Assessment Report. There are several options to use but the most common is the Assessment Report option and we recommend using this to get started.
PRO TIP! If you have saved templates you will be able to select them from here. - From there you are going to be able to select from a wide variety of parameters. We highly recommend playing around and testing the parameters you have to get familiar with what your reports can look like. There are a lot of parameters to help meet your needs, but don't worry many will be self-explanatory on what they do and we have added help bubbles for many of the parameters to assist with more details on what many of they do.
- Assessment reports have many parameter options but most are optional. However, there are a few required selections and these will be the first four options. You will first selection will be the Style and you can select from four styles. Next, enter the Term, Assessment Period, and Program. These are the only required fields so once you have selected these you have carte blanche to play with the other parameters. NOTE: when running, downloading, or publishing reports you will do so one program at a time.
- IMPORTANT!: After setting up the rest of the report parameters you can save your selections as a template for future use. This is highly recommended so that you can consistently run your reports each and every time.
- At the bottom of the page (below the option to save your template) you can Run the reports, Download as Pdf, or Publish to Portals for parents to see their kids' reports.
TIP: Don't forget about your test site for testing publishing reports. It is a great idea to move your live site to your testing site and test publishing reports before you do it on the live site if this is your first time or if you just want to go through a test run to make sure your reports are exactly as you want them.
