You may end up with a lead or re-enrollment lead record that needs to be tied to a student record that has already been created. This can happen for a variety of reasons but if this does happen here are some quick steps to get this accomplished. NOTE: This example is shown using a lead record but these steps can also be followed for a re-enrollment lead. Just start by going to the re-enrollment leads table first and follow from there!
- Start by going to either the Leads table or the Re-enrollment Leads table and edit the lead record in question.
- From the Edit Lead page click on View/Edit Additional Lead Info button.
- You will see a series of fields on a page titled "Lead Information for Student Name." Scroll down to the bottom two fields and select the Student field. Click the drop-down and search for the name of the student who you are attaching this lead to. You're not done yet, though! Next, go to the field titled Admission and select the student's admission. NOTE: there should be only one admission record for the student. Unless you know of a special circumstance at your school that requires more than one admission record you should stop and investigate the admission records for the student.
- Click the Save and Back button at the top left of your screen and you are done!
