From the Student record, open the Transfer Credit tab and select "+New".
Fill in the required fields, at least: School Name, Academic Year taken During, Program taken for, Terms (if you have selected a number of semesters/terms), and the Course Title(s).
The way GPA for Transfer Courses works is: You tell our system the total GPA that the student received (this would be the full weighted value) and then you can list out each course with the credits. We then use the total GPA you entered and the total number of credits and we display those and use values on the final GPA. Whether you enter a "B" or a "C" or a "Z!" for the assessment doesn't matter, because we don't use those values. We just use the total credits and the total GPA.
We did it this way in case someone is coming from Vietnam or Zambia and they don't use an A-F scale or the same weightings. This way you can enter ANY value for the grade and then just tell us the credits and GPA.
