Hi there! Looks like you need to enter some vaccinations for your child's school. This article will walk you through the steps you need to take in order to enter vaccines into BigSIS. If you need additional assistance, please contact the school and let them know.
In order to get started, you'll need access to your portal. If you do not have access, please contact the school and they will get you set up.
Entering Vaccinations from the Portal (as a parent/guardian)
From the Parent tab in the portal:
- Click the View button next to the child's name
(Right-click and 'Open image in new tab' to enlarge) - Select the Health Info tab
- If there is no health data currently, click the green Plus button. You will have to add the child's insurance information before proceeding (Can enter "None" if none)
- Click the Edit Info button

- Then, click the New button
(Right-click and 'Open image in new tab' to enlarge) - Complete the form and upload any files as necessary.
- Note: "Dose Number" refers to first dose, second dose, third dose. Once you select a dose number, that number will disappear from this list. Most states require a vaccination date along with vaccines so most likely you'll have to enter each individual dose with their corresponding date(s).
- When finished, click the Save and Back button.
