The Lead Enrollment Configuration is an essential tool used to set up your admissions process every year. With it, you can add additional fields to the inquiry form (including different fields for different grade levels), design a page that users will see after the inquiry is submitted, select an online application form to use for each grade level (whether they all use the same one or you wish to offer distinct ones for different grades), and select an online contract form (again, one for all grade levels or distinct ones for different grades).
In the articles in this Admissions section, you will learn how to use the Lead Enrollment Configuration. However, this tutorial is not enough on its own; we also recommend that anyone who will be using this tool participate in or view a recording of the Leads 2 training. If your school is new to BigSIS and has not taken the training yet, contact support@bigsis.com at your earliest convenience to schedule a training session. If your school has already received the training, then we must have a recording of the training available for you. Contact support@bigsis.com to request a copy so you may review the training session.
