Sometimes a student ends up with more than one Admission Record. There should only ever be one Admission Record per Student, so we have a tool to merge these records so that no data is lost.
How to Merge Admission Records
- Go to Students > Edit the Student Record
- Open the Admissions subtab
- Select the earliest Admission Record and then click Merge
- Now, select the other Admission Record to merge with. You should always check this box when merging admission records. The system cannot merge admission records with more than one open admission log so you will need to check this each time.
