How to Perform Authorize.net Sync

While the name of this instruction is a bit cryptic, completing it is really easy. Most of the time, this step is actually already done for you automatically on a nightly basis but it never hurts to double-check and should only take a few seconds to complete. Performing what is called a "Daily Authnet Reconcile" will contact Authorize.net and force it to send the absolute latest data sync to BigSIS so that all your Authorize.net payments and information are in sync in BigSIS as of the moment you click this button.

Perform Authorize.net Sync

1. Go to Donations > Recurring Gifts OR go to Donations > Donations.
2. Click the Perform Authorize.net Sync button. No item needs to be selected, just click the button and you're all set.
   
3. As an additional quick and easy task from the Recurring Gifts table, it may be helpful to also run the "Recalc Next Recur Dates" tool. Click the Recalc Next Recur Dates button to update any recurring gift installment dates that need to be updated. Again, no items need to be selected, simply by clicking this button all items will be updated whether you have checked them or not.
