FIXES
- The “Withdraw Date” on transcripts using new report engine were representing the first withdraw date in a student’s admission logs even if that student had more than one closed admission log. This has been changed to make sure the last withdraw date, or closed admission log, in a student’s record is shown instead.
- Released a fix to make sure that the “Information Box,” used in custom forms, is being properly displayed with correct formatting when viewing or printing a PDF. This was affecting multi-page forms including applications, contracts and enrollment/people MPF’s.
- The “Email Guardians” communication option from the Submitted Applications table was not including all guardians if the application had been claimed. This has been remedied and this option will always include both guardians even if the application has been claimed.
- Due dates for contracts were not automatically showing in the portal when contracts were released, this has been fixed.
- The “Change Application Form” tool (used from the Edit Lead screen) was not saving the application being selected, this has been remedied.
