IMPORTANT! In the coming months, we will be phasing out this version of the Tuition Management module. If you are looking for how to work with Contracts in the next generation of the Tuition Management module (which is where all 2023-2024 Contracts were built and sent from), go to the Tuition Management section of our Help Center.
Here are the steps to follow if you need to manually create one or several contracts for leads. This is a common step for creating new enrollment contracts and might need to be done for your re-enrollment leads on occasion. Each of the steps below can be done from the Leads and Re-enrollment Leads tables. There are a few options so you can pick the one that best suits your situation.

Creating a contract or multiple contracts from the Leads or Re-enrollment Leads table
From the Leads or Re-enrollment Leads table:
- First, decide if you need to create one or more contracts. If you need to create more than one contract you may opt to use filtering to assist in narrowing down your list. Otherwise, filter for the lead in question > select that lead > click Other Actions > Create Contracts.
- This will take you to the Bulk Create Contracts to Leads screen where you will confirm who you are creating contracts for. The Will NOT be added to section lets you know if you haven't created contracts for one of these leads. Click Create Contracts to complete this step.
Creating a contract from a Lead or Re-enrollment Lead record
Sometimes you may want to create a contract for a lead when you are editing the lead record. This is also helpful if you know that you are going to split the contract for a lead. This step will allow you to create, then split the contract, seamlessly.
From the Leads or Re-enrollment Leads table:
- Start by locating the lead in question and edit the lead record
- Now, scroll down to the Contracts tab and click Create Contract
- This will take you to the Create Contract screen. You can add a Due Date Override if necessary or Split the contract from here. Once you have this set up click Save and Back to return to the Edit Lead screen or click Save and Continue to continue to the Edit Contract screen.
