Filtering Based on User Account Status

This article covers the basics of the By User Account Status filter in the People table. This filter is useful for a number of things, including if you want to send signup links for everyone who has not yet signed up for a BigSIS user account, or see the last time users logged into their account. This filter can be used along with other filters. For example, you could use this to see what Guardians/Parents of currently enrolled students do not have a user account.

Using the Filter

To use the By User Account Status filter, go to the People table, select Filters, then By User Account Status. Then select what filter option you want.

Each Option Explained

• User Account Filters
  1. Has User Account - will return any Person record who has a user account
  2. User Account is Locked out - will return any Person record who has a user account and the user account is locked out
  3. Does Not Have User Account - will return any Person record who does not have a user account, including those who have been sent Signup Invites but have not yet created a user account
  4. Has Logged On in Last 15 Days - will return any Person record who has a user account and the user has logged on in the last 15 days
  5. Has Not Logged On in Last 15 Days - will return any Person record who has a user account and the user has not logged on in the last 15 days
  6. Has Logged On in Last 30 Days - will return any Person record who has a user account and the user has logged on in the last 30 days
  7. Has Not Logged On in Last 30 Days - will return any Person record who has a user account and the user has not logged on in the last 30 days

  1. Has an Open Signup Invite - will return any Person record who does not have a user account and has been sent a Signup Invite
  2. Does Not Have an Open Signup Invite - will return any Person record who does not have a user account and has not been sent a Signup Invite
