New Leads Widget - Sometimes, due to user error or an unforeseen technical issue a lead may enter into an easily fixable but problematic state. For example, sometimes admins prematurely or accidentally move a lead into a new phase before the lead is actually ready to be in that new phase. This happens most often when an admin moves a lead from the 'inquiry' or 'application' phase all the way into the 'application decision' phases before a user has even submitted an application. This may create a problem because if the user submits an application after this, then their lead is pulled back into an earlier phase. The system may now be confused because the lead is in two phases at once (e.g., the application decision phase AND the application phase). This widget will identify the leads that may currently be in states such as the one described in this example. To fix the leads with issues, the most common solution will be to revert the last status of the Lead from the Status Log tab in the Lead record.
