If you have already withdrawn or graduated a student and need to add an alumni record these are the quick steps to follow. You can also use these steps if you want to add alumni records for past students.
- Go to Students > Other > Student and Admission Utilities
(right-click to "open image in new tab' to enlarge image) - Click Create Alumni from Students
(right-click to "open image in new tab' to enlarge image) - This will take you to the Create Alumni page where you can enter in the information for the students you want to create alumni records for.
- You will want to start by adding the choosing the correct Program and Term to matriculate students from, their Graduation/Attrition Date, set the Graduation/Attrition Status, add an Optional Admission Detail Reason, an Alumni Type, and last will be the Class of (year of graduation). Click the Create Alumni button and you are done!
