The most common usage of the Auto-Register tool will be to register all students of a grade level into all of the grade-level courses or at least several of those courses. However, if you decide to add a new course for the school year or simply need to generate a single course on the fly these are the steps to follow to register students. - Go to Courses > Courses
- Use the built-in filters or the search menu to locate the course in question and edit the course
- Scroll down to Registrations and click Auto-Register
- This will take you to the auto-register screen where you will select the programs you would like to auto-register into this course and click Auto Register. Once the tool is finished loading you will receive a confirmation message of how many students were registered into the course or if it identified any students that were already in the course. Click Back and you are done!
TIP: if you don't see all of the programs you need to register into this course, click back and go to the Programs Taking This Course tab and add the appropriate program(s).
