On occasion, you may need to tie a lead record to an existing student. This can happen for several reasons but this article will concentrate on how to get this fixed.
- Go to Admissions/Leads > Leads OR go to Admissions/Leads > Re-enrollment Leads if you are working with a re-enrollment lead.
- Select a record and then click the Edit button. This will open up what is known as the lead Edit Form.
- Click the button titled View/Edit Additional Lead Info
- Scroll down to the Student field and search for by first or last name of the student. After you select the student click the Admission field and select the one admission record for the student.
NOTE: If the student has more than one admission record this might be a mistake. Most schools will only ever have one admission record for a student so when in doubt contact your school's super admin or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more assistance.
