Recently we released new functionality in BigSIS which allows multiple required signatures for contracts if you want or need multiple required signatures. This article will break down how you can view/add required signatures, and also explain other details regarding this new feature. The instructions for adding required signatures in bulk to contracts you have already created will work for both Leads and Re-enrollment Leads.
Adding Required Signature when using the Re-enrollment Tool
- When using the Re-enrollment Tool you now have the option to add required signatures for all guardians. Select Yes (all guardians must sign) to add all guardians as required signatories on the contract. Select No (only one guardian is needed) to only require the signature of the guardian filling out the contract.
Adding Required Signature when Creating Contracts In Bulk
- When you bulk create contracts on both the Leads and Re-enrollment tables you will now see an option to require All guardian signatures, All relative signatures, or None.
Adding Required Signatures to Individual Contracts
- When you edit an individual contract you will now see a subtab called "Required Signatures". This is where you can add/remove signatures, add titles based on relation, and verify offline signatures if your school is required to do so.
- There is now a more detailed Progress Box when editing pending/submitted contracts.
