Once in a while, you may need to change the person that a user account is tied to. The most common reason this might happen is that parent A accidentally signups up using parent B's signup link. Hopefully, parents don't make this mistake but it is bound to happen at some point. If this happens, or for any reason you might need to update the person a user account is tied to, follow these quick steps and you will have this fixed in no time.

- Go to System > Settings > User Management > Manage Users.
- This will take you to the Manage Users page where you will be able to select and edit the user account in question. TIP: you can search by first name, last name, or username to easily locate the user.
(Right-click and "Open image in new tab" to enlarge) - From the Edit User screen, you will see the incorrect person tied to the user account.
- Search by first or last name to locate the correct person to tie this user to. Select them and click Save and Back when you are done.
