New Features
- BigSIS now Allows for Mulitple Signatures on Contracts
- Both Enrollment and Re-enrollment contracts can now allow multiple signatures.
- Additional users can now sign once the responsible person completes the contract.
- You can now add required signatures to all contracts when you conduct re-enrollment and add them in bulk on the fly as you need to.
- This works with both eSignatures and Offline Signatures.
- You can now require non-Guardian signatures.
- (Article on how to use coming soon that will be linked here)
- Both Enrollment and Re-enrollment contracts can now allow multiple signatures.
- IMPORTANT UPDATE: New Updates to Managing Line Items for Completed Contracts and to Sending Completed Contracts to the Portal
- We have made a very important update to how contract line items can be managed if a contract has been completed and has one or more invoices tied to it.
- You can no longer edit, add new, or remove contract line items if a contract has been completed and has one or more invoices tied to it.
- This new feature has been added to prevent admins from altering contracts that have an 'Official' copy (aka: completed contract) as this completed contract should not be altered unless the invoices tied to it are deleted and the contract is sent back to the parent to sign again.
- If you are not able to send a contract back to the portal you will see a similar message to this:
- At this time BigSIS would ask for you to contact support@bigsis.com if you need to send a contract back to the portal and we will assist with this.
- New Updates to Progress Window for Contracts
- To complement the new multiple signature feature we have added the total number of required signatures including how many of the signatures have been completed or still need to be completed.
- We are also including if the form "Has 'Official' Copy for download" or "Has No 'Official' Copy for download" not. TIP: An 'Official Copy' is any contract that has been completed. An 'Unofficial Copy' is any contract that has not been completed (this includes contracts that have been started but not finished).
