If an employee is no longer with the school you can make their employee record "inactive" so they don't show up with active employee filters.
PRO TIP! Skip to step #3 if you just need to remove the "Show in Employee Directory" or "Exclude from ParentSquare Sync" settings.
- Go to People > Employees & Board Members.
- Locate and edit the record in question. Remember that you can filter by first or last name.
- Uncheck the Active checkbox, click Save and Back and you are done!
PRO TIP! You should also consider unchecking the "Show in Employee Directory" and "Exclude from ParentSquare Sync." The system will automatically remove the employee from both the directory and the sync but it is good to be redundant.
