If you have changed the status of a lead but need to revert that status to a previous phase or status. Or, change the lead to an entirely different phase or status, you have found the right place.
- Go to Admissions/Leads > Leads
- Select a record and then click the Edit button. This will open up the Edit Lead page.
- Scroll down and click on the Status Log tab. Click Revert Status. Click OK one last time to confirm this step. You may complete this as many times as needed.
