Copying MPFs is a common practice when you want to make edits to an existing MPF that is already in use. This allows you to make a copy of the original MPF and freely make edits to your new MPF while never affecting the original MPF. Remembering that if you make edits an existing MPF that it won't affect the forms that were previously filled out but the BEST PRACTICE is to keep the original form as it is, copy it, and then make any edits necessary.
- Go to Forms > Multi-Page Forms > Enrollment / People MPF Forms.
- Select the appropriate form and click Copy. You have now made an exact copy of your original form. Your new form will have "- Copy" added to the title to easily identify it. For example, if your orignial form is titled "Back to School Form" your new form will be titled "Back to School Form - Copy".
- You are now free to make edits your new copy.
