IMPORTANT! In the coming months, we will be phasing out this version of the Tuition Management module. When you are ready to release your contracts in mass you can use the following setting from your lead enrollment configuration. Remember if you want to hold any contracts back, remember that you have a setting within each contract to control this: Release to Parents.
When you are done releasing contracts you will want to notify your parents that they are available in the portal. If you haven't yet you may need to create an email template (Sending Email - Templates, including markers) or edit an email template (How to Edit Email Templates).
PRO TIP! If you ever need to pull contracts back from the portal you can just uncheck the release to parents option, click save, and you will be all set!
- Go to Admissions/Leads > Enrollment & Inquires Setup > Lead Enrollment Configuration.

Select the year you wish to configure and then click the Edit button.
- Select either Release Enrollment Contracts to Parents/Guardians or Release Re-Enrollment Contracts to Parents/Guardians. Click Save and Back and your contracts are released!
- Now that you are done releasing contracts you will want to notify your parents that they are available in the portal. If you haven't yet you may need to create an email template (Sending Email - Templates, including markers) or edit an email template (How to Edit Email Templates).
