IMPORTANT! In the coming months, we will be phasing out this version of the Tuition Management module. If you are looking for how to work with Contracts in the next generation of the Tuition Management module (which is where all 2023-2024 Contracts were built and sent from), go to the Tuition Management section of our Help Center.
If you are looking for the steps to make sure you don't release a contract to a parent, or want to hold a contract back from a parent or family, or need to remove a contract from the portal for a select parent or family, or any reason that you need to keep from releasing a contract to a parent or family you have found the right place.
These steps can be used for both new or re-enrollment contracts and include steps to do this for a single contract or in bulk. It's your choice!
Keep in mind that this is not a replacement for the bulk release option that you have in your lead enrollment configuration for new and re-enrollment contracts. Click here for more information on How to Release Enrollment or Re-Enrollment Contracts to Parents.
PRO TIP! Remember that you can get to the Edit Contract screen from the re-enrollment leads table or the leads table by clicking the purple contract icon. Or, you can edit it from the Submitted/Pending Contracts table. Click here if you need help locating the Edit Contract screen.
Unchecking/Checking the Release Option for One Contract
From the Edit Contract screen...
- Check the Release To Parents checkbox. Click Save and Back and you are done!
- If you need to release a contract that has this option unchecked, simply click the Release To Parents checkbox and click Save and Back and you are done!
Unchecking/Checking the Release Option for One or More Contracts
From the Submitted/Pending Contracts table...
- Start by filtering for the correct contracts.
- Next, use the bulk select option to select all records > click Other > select either Release to Parents or Un-Release to Parents depending on your needed action.
PRO TIP! This action does not have a confirmation so it will be completed once you click the button.
