How to Replace a Payment Schedule

Go to Families and edit the family.
Next, edit the appropriate invoice.
Click Replace Payment Schedule and that will take you to a screen where you can select the desired payment schedule.
From the Replace Payment Schedule page, you will be able to Select Payment Schedule Options:
PRO TIP! As you make selections for changing the payment schedule the dates and amounts will update accordingly.
You also may need to update the Ignore Schedules Before This Date to get the updated schedule to include payments from dates prior to today's date.
- Lead Contract Schedules - Select from any current payment schedules you have.
- Invoice Schedules - Select from any invoices in your system to match up the payment schedule with what the selected invoice schedule is.
- Family Invoice/Contracts - Select from any invoice/contract that is tied to the selected family.
