The following display options will help with what information you are showing in your school directories. The important thing to keep in mind is that some settings will show information to Guardians and/or Students and other settings will affect Teachers, Employees, and Associates.
PRO TIP! If you are a parent AND a teacher, employee, or associate you will see information based on being a teacher, employee, or associate. This means that you will see the information that teacher, employees, and associates will see in their portals not just what a parent will see. For example, if you are showing the DOB to teachers, employees, and associates but you are a parent, when you go to your own parent directory you will see the DOB for students because you are a teacher, employees, or associate.
- Go to System > Settings > Client Settings.
PRO TIP! Use this shortcut from your Dashboard instead! - Click Portals > Misc. Display Options and you will see a series of display options.
