These instructions will help you remove Additional Contacts which includes both emergency and pick up contacts. Remember that Additional Contacts do not have a people record in your system and are not a related person so you may freely remove these contacts as you need.
From the People table:
- Edit the person’s record who you want to remove the additional contact from.
- Click the Additional Contacts subtab.
- Right-click over the contact you want to remove and click Delete and a confirmation screen will pop up. Click OK to confirm and the additional contact will be deleted.
IMPORTANT! We cannot recover deleted additional contacts so be very sure you want to delete this information!
