Your Inquiry Form URL and How to Embed It

You can embed your BigSIS inquiry form in an iFrame on your site. Each school has its own unique URL for their inquiry form as well as other forms and they all work the same way. Let's concentrate on your inquiry form for now. Click here for more information on other forms you can embed.

Your Inquiry form URL

For all BigSIS embed forms, simply replace the "yourdomain" portion of the below URL with your school's URL): 

• Inquiry Form: https://yourdomain.bigsis.com/forms/embed/leadinquiry/

For example, if your school's BigSIS site is "https:/conversaracademy.bigsis.com/admin/", the URL for the inquiry form will be "https://conversaracademy.bigsis.com/forms/embed/leadinquiry/".

IFrame Example

You may need to seek assistance from your webmaster to embed the form on your site or review a tutorial on how to use iframe tags in HTML like this one: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_iframe.asp.

You can also use the below example as a starting point:

IMPORTANT: This is just an example of an iframe. It should not be assumed that this iframe will work for your website without verifying first and you may need to customize the iframe to fit your website. For example, you may need to increase the height of the iframe to make sure that the full form doesn't get cut off when someone clicks on the second parent fields that expand the height of the form. 

Inquiry Form Link

This form can also be used as a link instead of embedded in an iframe. Below is the link you can use for your inquiry form. For example, you may use this if you were in email contact with a prospective parent and wanted to email them the inquiry form directly. You can send them to your website as many schools will do but you could also email your inquiry form link.
