IMPORTANT! In the coming months, we will be phasing out this version of the Tuition Management module. Sometimes you may need to update certain line items in your L.E.C. (Lead Enrollment Configuration) from year to year. W copy L.E.C.'s to get them set up so if you have, for example, a tuition change from year to year you will need to update this in your L.E.C. to reflect this change. This will only take a few minutes and will also allow you to cross-check the other line items you have tied to your L.E.C.
- Go to Admissions/Leads > Enrollment & Inquiries Setup > Lead Enrollment Configuration and double-click to edit the configuration you are looking to update.
- Scroll down to either the Programs for Enrollment tab or the Programs for Re-enrollment tab. (Remember you will use Programs for Enrollment for all new enrollments; you will use Programs for Re-enrollment for all re-enrollments.)
- Select and Edit the program in question or if you are editing each program, start at the top of the list and move down from there.

- This will take you to the Edit Program to Lead Enrollment Configuration screen and you can edit many aspects for each program from here. Scroll down to Contract Items and edit any of the line items you have.
- You will now be able to update any of the line item settings. Remember that this is just affecting this one program for this one lead enrollment configuration so you will need to make updates accordingly for other program and/or lead enrollment configurations.
