Sometimes you may have several different email signatures you like to use depending on the email you are sending or for other reasons. Whenever you would like to change the email signature you are using on the fly, or when sending an email, you can use these instructions.
- From the Send Email screen you are on, scroll down and click Signature > Edit Signature.
- Now, click on the Email Accounts tab. Select and edit the email account you would like to edit the signature for.
PRO TIP! Make sure to select the email account and use the Edit button for this task.
- This will take you to the Edit Email Account screen where you can select your desired signature from the Email Signature drop-down menu. Click Save and Back when you are done and then click Save and Back one more time and you will be right back to the Send Email screen and you are ready to send your email!
PRO TIP! To add a new signature or edit an existing signature use the combo boxes at the far right of the Email Signature drop-down menu.
