Setting up the Development End-User Notification Email Account is important because this is the email account that will be used whenever an email is sent for any confirmation purposes from a donation template as well as any emails sent from the 'Log hands-On Donation Payments' tool.
ProTip! Unless you add an email address here, no emails will get generated. You should have been prompted to add the email address through the Donations To-Do Tasks
- Go to System > Settings > Client Settings > Donation.
- Now, select an email account from the Development End-User Notification Email Account drop-down menu. Click Save and Back when you are done.
PRO TIP! Short cut to Client Settings is clicking on the Wheel and Cog from the Dashboard.
PRO TIP! The email accounts you will see in this drop-down menu are based on the email account(s) your user is tied to. If you do not see the email account you are looking for, return to the Email Accounts table and temporarily add yourself as a user to the email account in question. This will allow you to return to the client Development End-User Notification Email Account drop-down menu and select the correct email account. You may opt to remove yourself as a user on that email account when you are done.
