Each solicitation list is created for specific campaigns/funds and is assigned to you. Your school may allow you to enter donations as a request for the solicits. You will have a variety of options on how you complete the list, as well as export data. For portal setting questions or issues, please reach out to your school to get more information based on what you may or may not be able to do.

How to Access Your Solicitation List:
- Log into the portal, if you have a solicitation list assigned to you, you will have a Solicitation List tab where all of your solicitations are located. If you have more than one solicitation list, you can filter and sort your contact list based on the Campaign or Type if needed.
PRO TIP! The list will always have the Active and Incomplete filter turned on for each list. Any contacts that have been marked as a complete status will not show under this filter. Simply remove it to view all contacts. - Click on any contact to view their information. Based on your school's setting, you will be able to view the individual's contact information, range of suggested donation amounts, as well as the solicitation progress.
- Your school may or may not allow you to make donations based on the type of solicit. If you are able to enter donations, you will see a green Enter Donation for Contact button. Click the button to enter a donation.
- Complete the fields necessary for the donation, and select Save Donation once complete.
PRO TIP! When making in-kind donations, the final value will not be known until the school determines the net value. - After making contact, you can update the contact's profile status, OR mark it as complete. If a donation was made, the system will create a note in the notes section and mark the profile as complete. Save and back to go back to your dashboard.
- You can also Bulk Edit to update more than 1 contact by selecting the completed contacts or bulk select (check the checkbox next to the contact field) and click to Bulk Edit. Then choose Change the Status OR Bulk Change Completion State.
- Change the Status: Select and update only if you have made contact (e.g-first/second contact).
- Bulk Change Completion State: Select if you've completed the contact, this will change the contact to a completed state and will automatically filter as complete and no longer show on your dashboard.
How to Export Your Contact List:
- Go to your Solicitation List dashboard and filter based on your needs.

Simply remove it to view all contacts. - Once you have designated the filters for your contacts, select the contacts you need or you can bulk select by clicking on the checkbox next to the Contact field.
- Click on the Export Selected Contacts option after you select your contacts. This will take you to an export wizard where you can choose what columns to export.
- After you have selected the columns, to export the information scroll to the bottom of the page. You will have 3 options to choose from and save as.
- Export Selected: Will export selected columns into a .CSV file.
- Export Selected (.xlsx): Will export selected columns into a .XLSX excel file.
- Save selection as template for future use: Will save the selected columns as a template for future use.
