When setting up the new academic year, there will be an option to add/edit schedules based on the programs being offered by your school. Initially Step 2 will allow you to add schedules like half-day, full-day, 2-day, 5-day, etc. for your programs and students with easy-to-follow steps.

- To get started in the Academic Year Wizard, go to the year being configured. Step 2 will allow you to create the time slots:
PRO TIP! Step 1 (Set up Academic Year) must be complete in order to set up schedules. - Keep in mind that when using the Academic Year Wizard, any schedules that you had in the previous year will roll over and so will these changes. To make any updates, go to Add/Edit Schedule Options:
- On the next page, you can update/add time slots and add programs to the time slots.
- Adding new schedules: Click the green New button to get started.
- Editing existing programs: Select and edit the program that requires any time or date changes.
- Adding new schedules: Click the green New button to get started.
- Adding time slots to programs: Select a Program to add new time slots to the program from the drop-down menu. You will be able to select the term and time slots for each program:
