As an admin, you may or may not allow other teachers and associates to view their reports for privacy purposes. These options will allow all teachers and associates to view past and current reports written for students from all teachers and courses.
For Teachers
- On your Dashboard > Click on the icon
to get to your Client Settings.
- Next, go to the Teachers tab.
Pro Tip! Scroll towards the bottom of the subtabs to the T section. - Select from the following options to enable/disable the ability to view current or past reports.
- Save and back to return to your dashboard.
For Associates
- From the left-hand menu go to People > Associates/Advisors.
- Click on the Associate Portal Options.
- Select from the following options to enable/disable the ability to view current or past reports.
- Save and back to return to your dashboard.
