Using the Health Vaccination Report

Tracking vaccinations are important to all schools. BigSIS lets you track who has been vaccinated, who hasn't had a vaccine, the dosage of vaccines, and if any students are exempt from vaccines. This article will go through how to view vaccine information including but not limited to identifying students who have gotten a particular vaccine, dosages of said vaccine, and even tracking students who are exempt.

1. From the left-hand menu Students > Health Queries > Vaccination Report.
   
   
2. You will have several options to select from:

   • Select Term Type (required) and Academic School Year or Term.
     • There is also the option to filter by Program, Cohort, and/or Age, as well as choose to include students who have left the school.
   • Select the Vaccination(s) you'd like to view. You must select at least one.
     • You can select from the Doses Verified, Doses Completed, Show Exemption, and/or the Latest dose expires before options as well.
   • Click View Records when you are ready.
     
     
3. This will take you to the Student Vaccination Records page. Here you can select and Export Data, Export Guardians, Email Guardians, or Edit the record.
