Teacher Insight Reports And What You'll See

Our teacher insight reports allow teachers to view any past or present reports for their courses and students. Each narrative and evaluation matrix can be viewed and displays the student's progress throughout each academic year and term. Depending on your school's admin settings, you may or may not be able to view the current or past reports for students.

1. Log into your school's portal to get started.
2. Under the Teachers tab go to Current Courses > double-click to select a course.
   
   
   
3. Next, double-click to select a student to view reports.
   
   
4. On the next page, you will see 3 options for what type of reports you can view.
   
   
   • Your Reports: This will display all reports you as a teacher have written for the student. 
     • Click here to view more on what you'll see within Your Reports.
       
       
   • Current Reports: View other teachers who have written reports for different courses for this student.
     
     • Click here to view more on what you'll see within Current Reports.
       PRO TIP! You may not see this option if your school's admin disables it for all teachers. If you're an admin: Click here to enable this option.
       
       
   • Past Reports: This allows you to view any past reports you've written for the student during past years or terms.
     • Click here to view more on what you'll see within Past Reports.

5. You can also view reports under the Write Reports tab for a different display and view the same 3 options.

6. After selecting the student and viewing a report, you will have the following options to select from. All reports will display the teacher, assessment, and progress report for the student.
   
                                                            
   
   • View Selected Full Reports: Displays a consolidated report for the student with the teacher, course, assessment information, and narrative for the student.
     
     
                                                        
   • View Selected Narratives Only: This option will show only the narratives for the student and course. 
     
      
                                                        
   • View Selected Matrixes Only: This option will show only the matrix and progress report and display the matrix evaluation table.
     
     PRO TIP! Parent Evaluation Matrix ONLY shows on the report if you choose to "include scale" with the Parent Evaluation Matrix.
