These quick steps will help you change the payment due date for a single payment schedule for a family.
Click here if you need to learn how to update the payment reminder for all tuition payments.
- Go to Families (Basic) and edit a family.
- Edit the correct invoice.
- Go to the Payment Schedule tab and double-click the payment schedule you want to update.
- You can now edit the Notify Days Before, Payment Due Date, and/or the Last Reminded Date. Click Save and Back.
PRO TIP! If you add a Last Reminded Date the system will not email payment reminders to the family for this payment.
