Start by logging into the portal. Click here if you need assistance logging in.
Go to the My Financial tab and click the Payment Methods tab. Now, click Resolve Insufficient Funds. (Right-click and "Open image in new tab" to enlarge)
Select the I confirm that I have added funds to this account checkbox, click Resolve and you are done. IMPORTANT! BigSIS will run any payments that are overdue at the end of the day you resolve the insufficient funds error.
